A minor beta  version, with a few late cleanups before the stable release:

• Cleanup Help window: corrected links and updated screen shots.
• Better support for MacOSX Mavericks (Qt 5.2 should be more stable).

… so it seems we are ready for a stable release distribution quiet soon !
